I love Sam's disconnected expression as Nora almost has him defeated .......not to mention the view of her thighs that her dress provides:lol: . His clothes are all rumbled, his hat has fallen off and Nora has a knowing smile on her face thinking that she has him! . But then our hero breaks out of her spell and is almost like the incredible Hulk as he recovers, popping the buttons off her shirt . I love the way her expression changes too as she realizes she has failed and is now in trouble . In the next panel, we see just what trouble she's in . Our hero is now fully recovered and determined to see that justice is served. Nora's dastardly plot is exposed, along with everything from her waist down, as he delivers that justice to the her naughty bottom . It's a great view of justice triumphing............as well as her bottom, and there are those thighs again Again, I like the expressions...........the confidence of our hero and the worry on Nora's face . Thanks for sharing these with us. Phil

It's good to see the second part of this cartoon again. I remember you used to have it posted on Arild's old Yahoo group. I think your idea to re-post it here, still in its original black-and-white is the right one. Some great Film Noir classics do no need to be colorized.

Of course, my favorite panel is the one that shows Nora in the OTK position! I love seeing a nicely-rounded "bum" propped up and ready to spank!

Let me take a moment here, to offer a heartfelt hallelujah to all our Christian friends. Tomorrow (maybe today, in some corners of the world) is Easter Sunday, the greatest celebration in the Christian faith. We celebrate Easter as the anniversary of Jesus' resurrection from the dead, and/or by painting Easter eggs and organizing egg hunts for the children. I wish for all our friends the happiest holiday ever.

For our Jewish friends: the Passover is usually celebrated within the orbit of Easter Sunday, but this year Passover doesn't begin until Saturday, April 23. Our wish for happiness and joy to all includes those who celebrate Passover, when the Jewish people remember the liberation of the Israelites from slavery and their exodus from Egypt.

hi Dan,

I enjoyed seeing this story again ! After all, what's not to like . There's out naughty Nora, face down with the seat of her cute panties waving around while our hero spanks her like a naughty, little girl . I liked the single tear on her face.......it goes perfectly with her expression of pain and regret.....and she's already apologizing and begging him to stop . i also like the waitress and her customer, who are apparently just watching and wondering how this all came about. I have to wonder what's really going through their minds as they watch Sam warming the seat of Nora's panties .

In the next panel, we have a great view of our hero delivering the final swat as Nora blubbers out her contrition . I love it that Sam questions her before letting her up, just to make sure she's really sorry and won't do it again . It's also a nice view of Nora rubbing her well spanked bottom as she talks to Sam about spanking her so hard. Again, I think the single tear running down her face is a nice touch . And, of course, there could be no more perfect ending than Bogey telling him to "play it again, Sam" . thanks for sharing this with us. Phil

Hi Dan! I really loved this one! Like Phil, I was reminded of The Incredible Hulk as Sam begins to burst forth from his shirt. I think my favorite panel is the penultimate one, in which we not only get some excellent OTK positioning (a Dan Rivera strong point), we see that moment when the spankee gets really worried because her fanny is starting to sting a lot and she doesn't know how much more she's going to have to take. And in front of witnesses, too!

Of course Sam Swatt, an experienced spanker, knows to keep the spanking going a while longer until the spankee tearfully repents. And I think we're all in agreement with the other Sam - Sam Spade - we'd like to see him "play it again" soon!

I know I've seen this one before, but it's definitely worth playing again! I think my favorite panel of this strip is the fourth one, the first to show Nora turned over Sam's knee for her much-needed spanking. Her cute round bottom makes such an appetizing target! Heh heh! I think that, if Nora hadn't been so naughty, Sam would've had to come up with some lame excuse to put his hand across that tempting posterior!

And, since you're a man who practices what he preaches... you gave your audience three different views of Nora getting spanked, including one of Sam's large hand making impact!

I also enjoyed the finale, with Nora standing there, rubbing her punished bottom whining about how hard Sam spanked her! Yummy! I love to watch women rub their backsides after a good spanking! Good show!

And... of course... any lover of the Film Noir genre would have to appreciate the caricature of Bogey in the corner of your last panel!
