Thanks again, for all the hard work you do in searching for those pics and photos you know we love. I realize it is hard work, and probably tedious. But you always come through for us, so thanks again and again.

But I have noticed a super-abundance of F/F cartoons and photos in the Weekly Updates. The polls usually show that the number one preference among spankos is M/F, not F/F. In the last month you have posted a total of ten (10) distaff spankings, but only four (4) with the man doing the damage.

Yes, I know that you are aware of this mismatch. A few months ago here, you promised that you would right the ship in the coming months, but I haven't noticed any change yet.

More and more of your Weekly Updates are featuring grotesque creatures, not realistic human beings. Just this week, you have posted a picture of three women being spanked at once. They are three brown girls -- African Americans, maybe? -- and each girl has ONLY ONE EYE! Now I ask you.

Then there are those grotesque "Batgirl spanks Harley Quinn" comics. Okay, maybe if we set aside our disbelief as to their reality, these toons are still offensive -- to me -- because if you look close, you can tell that these are not really spanking comics so much as they are pornography. The private parts of both girls are displayed, and you just know the artist didn't just add those naughty bits; he llkely had the intention, all along, to show us porn.

Sorry to be so negative, Nick. I've just been doing a lot of "putting up with" these various types of pictures. All over the Internet board. Believe me, I don't blame you; I blame your supplier(s).

Hope you will take these paragraphs as they are meant -- friendly suggestions. You are the ONE web editor who goes out and gets these pictures for your unseen family of friends... so I'm just saying, even perfection has its drawbacks.

i like the "moment of truth" spanking pose which El Manto Negro presents us with here . Harley does indeed look very worried and filled with dread as she feels her panties going south . i get the feeling that she knows that air she's feeling is the last cool thing her bare bottom is going to be feeling for a while you mentioned that Batgirl looks very determined here and i think she also has the evil grin of someone who is really going to enjoy what she's about to do . i also like the view El Manto Negro presents which outlines Harley's bottom so nicely. it's a very enticing view . in the drawing by VulcanSpock, our boy Superman looks really pissed so i figure WG is really in for it . you would think that Superman would have a better grasp on how to put a girl over his lap?? the OTK position he's using here just sucks, flying or no flying and also he should have pulled those pants down much farther. it does look like he's giving her a good spanking though as the color of her bottom goes well with HIS expression as well as hers . i like the pic of Black Cat lowering her pants which i assume is for a spanking...........especially considering the happy, longing look on her face . this drawing is well done and presents us with nice looking spanker and spankee and, as you noted, is nicely finished. i too would have thought this position would have been perfect for a nice paddle rather than a hand spanking.............especially if your theory of a jealous woman is correct . i also agree with you that the expression of dread and apprehension on Black Cat's face is the highlight of of the drawing. good updates again . thanks, phil

No problem, Dan - I take constructive criticism like this in the spirit in which it is offered. Let me address your concerns as well as I can:

1. On the relative abundance of F/F: as you say, the problem is with the suppliers. We've talked about this many times, and none of us has ever really figured out why so many artists prefer the F/F orientation - during the Golden Age of comics, it was actually the rarest of the four possibilities! (Ironically, the last GA superhero spanking I discovered is that rare bird, F/F, but it's worth seeing if I can ever snag a copy of the book). I haven't computed the exact ratio of F/F to M/F, but it's got to be at least 3 to 1 and is probably much worse (i.e. higher). That means if I restricted my selection to M/F, I'd have to exclude most of what's out there.

Maybe the commissioners are to blame - most commissions seem to be F/F (some artists, like El Manto Negro, don't do any commissions). With the U.S. economy still in the tank and no money, I'm not in a position to help balance this out with a bunch of M/F commissions. I would if I could, and in fact I did commission one M/F superheroine spanking even though I can ill afford it which we'll see if it's completed before 9/04. I have tried to include one M/F scene each week: in the last three weeks, we've had Thor spanks Storm, Dr. Doom spanks Blitzkrieg, and Superman spanks Wonder Girl. Next week it's all F/F, but after that here are the M/F spankings we'll be seeing:

• Batman/Batgirl
• Joker/Harley
• Captain America/Star Girl
• Batman/Wonder Woman
• Superman/Wonder Woman
• Batman/Catwoman (twice)

and maybe something else if I can swing it.

2. On this week's "Blast from the Past": I think El Manto Negro had in mind a "Veronica Lake" style haircut for the girls which obscures one of their eyes. The three girls are really the same girl, by the way (Triplicate Girl, who can split herself into three), and you must admit, this is a M/F, or M/FFF scene!

3. On Joe Gravel's Harley and Batgirl: most of these were indeed located on porno sites, yet they are undeniably spanking drawings. (One of the reasons I find cartoon spanking drawings that other sites don't is that I search cartoon porno sites and even straight sites that don't promote spanking content (e.g. some of the early Supergirl stuff I posted came from straight Supergirl fan art sites). Sure, Gravel's work has some non-spanking porno elements such as the oversized boobs, which I take humorously, but I'm willing to accept a certain amount of sexual innuendo, whether heterosexual or homosexual. I draw the line at overt sexual acts, however, and there is one Gravel work with Catwoman we won't be seeing because after I scheduled it I realized there was a sex act going on in addition to the spanking (would you believe I didn't even notice at first? That's how focused on spanking I am! ). I haven't coded that week's updates yet but when I do I'll have to find something else.

This brings us back to the "Exposure" question as I have called it and as we have discussed it elsewhere (interested persons should be able to find the topic, somewhere on this board, by searching on the word "exposure"). I disapprove of the gratuitous display of the sexual area, but I will tolerate it if the drawing is good enough, and certainly if the exposure is incidental rather than gratuitous. I have in fact already "censored" three otherwise nice M/F pieces with Spider-Man as the spanker for that very reason. Gravel pushed it a little in these drawings, but he did so many that I just didn't want to exclude them all.

In a better world, I would be able to commission a dozen or more M/F superheroine scenes a year, but that's not the world we live in, so I have to do the best I can.

Yes, it was awkward, and for some reason the whole drawing seemed less fluid than the Wonder Woman/Wonder Girl drawing VulcanSpock had done earlier. Rest assured that I gave VulcanSpock the following indication for my commission:

"Let's please have [the spankee] well bent-over [the spanker's] knee and her bare bottom raised high!"

Good, solid OTK positioning should help the whole drawing along, I think.

In response to the excuse that the DC publishers used, saying that Superman was so strong that he might do serious damage to Lois if he were to ever strike her, I offer this alternative! As Clark Kent, Superman had spent years conditioning himself not to use more strength than a normal man was capable of. I don't have a full story for this, but I think it wouuld work as an alternate ending to any of several of the published Superman's Girlfriend, Lois Lane stories!

I certainly agree with that. And anyway, Superman -- as himself and not as Clark Kent -- has spanked some "naughty girls" himself. I can remember a black & white strip from the 1930s where he spanks some lady who had just tried to kill him with her knife; also, in the 1940s during World War II he spanked some other lady and called her a "saboteur" -- that one was in color.

Thanks, also, to b00m for providing us with a great toon with Clark Kent spanking Lois. And her response to that is familiar to us. She cries out, "WAHAHAAAA!" just as we have heard from OTKatie on many an occasion.

Ha-ha! The "Clark spanks Lois" was great, b00m - I know you've been thinking about doing something like that for a while, and this certainly seemed like the right moment. I should probably put it in Comics Gallery 1. Which reminds me: one of the M/F spankings in my files I just hadn't gotten to was a Superman/Lois spanking by none other than Joe Gravel, who as we've seen the last few weeks did mostly F/F. They should probably get posted as a set if I can squeeze them in this summer .

looking at Harley's upturned, naked bottom, i think i would have recognized this drawing as one done by Joe Gravel just from that one prominent feature . CW seems to be having a great time as she spanks Harley and tries to convince her that she can show Harley a better time than Poison Ivy CW's expression actually reminds me of the character of Rose, the crazy woman on 2 1/2 men, as she tries to convince Charlie they should be together i'm not sure if Harley is surprised to be naked and OTK, getting a spanking or if her surprise stems from that fact that CW is trying to seduce her . i agree with you about the OTK position. it's a bit too far back but not bad otherwise. perhaps Joe Gravel just thought that would better balance out Harley's boobs . it's a good drawing in any case . thanks for all the history and explanation concerning the MJ spanks Gwen Stacy drawing. i would have been hopelessly lost without it. the drawing itself appears to be very well done with a couple of nice looking and well drawn young ladies . i love the submissive and rather loving expression on the spankee's face . it actually appears to me that MJ is talking to the spankee...........also perhaps in a loving manner.........all of which might explain the horrified expression on Spidey's face i thought all the info you presented was very interesting and it added to me enjoyment of the drawing . on the other hand, i feel like the person who decided on the placement of the dialog in this one should be shot or hung after torture . that did NOT add to my enjoyment of the drawing . good updates . thanks, phil

If you like seeing Catwoman on the receiving end, Butch, you'll be glad to know we're going to see that happen at least once, on the last week of Super-Spanking Summer when Batman turns her over his knee once again! I might have time to have her spanked by Batgirl as well.

Top five spankable females in comics? That's a tough one. Confining myself to superheroines, I think my list would go something like this (with illustrations from CSR just for fun):

5. Wonder Woman

Hi web-ed you have certainly picked some great pictures about spankable heroines and like you said there is no bad super-heroine to be taken otk so any of them would be great. I would also like to comment on MJ spanking Gwen. It was a fantastic otk and I loved the expressions as well. We've had some new members in the past few months and I've forgotten to make a fuss over them here, so let's list those who have joined us in 2015: JustJane, Marco G., Suzyq, dmsherwood53 (whom CSR readers may remember as a significant contributor of comics material), and just last week El Manto Negro (elmantonegro) who should be familiar to all as we've been seeing his work on CSR for several years - in fact, he drew this week's feature "Wonder Woman Spanks Power Girl". A hearty "Welcome!" to these newcomers, and congratulations to El Manto Negro for reaching his 10th year as a spanking artist - he's been around almost as long as CSR has !

i agree that the original Batman spanking Batgirl drawing by Mr. Jer is good but i do believe i think Pablo's modifications make it even better . for one thing, Pablo has changed the OTK position and i like his better.....although the original does capture her struggles nicely . also, i like the way Pablo has drawn her bottom. it's rounder and generally suits my personal taste better. i also like the coloring on her bottom. i think the changes go very nicely with the great expressions that Mr. Jer has already drawn. both are very appealing M/F spanking drawings i really like the expressions of the participants in the WW spanks Power Girl drawing WW looks very pissed and determined and i love Power Girl's combination of pain and anger at being treated this way . they go nicely with the red hand, red face and red bottom that you already mentioned . it's a nice drawing of WW giving PG a shiney hiney . good updates this week . thanks, phil

I'm so-o-o-o glad to see something M/F! I think Mr' Jer's original drawing was really good, but it was a bit ambivalent about whether she was wearing her tights or not. On the one hand, we could see the redness, suggesting that her bottom was bare, but on the other hand, she was wearing her boots, and doesn't she always wear her tights inside her boots? Pablo's altered version leaves no doubl that she is wearing her tights, but they've been pulled down to expose her lovely 'target area"! Yummy!

i see what you were talking about with the file names last week. i noticed when i was downloading Boom's birthday spanking for Katie, every single file had the same name, "file.php". i had to change the file names in order to download them. i just numbered them using the numbers Boom had used. phil
