Some things have changed since Katie was a full-time student, and some things haven't. The same dean is there, and Katie still likes to wear pleated plaid skirts.

No spanking this week, but I think you can see that a situation is being set up here.

Well, I suppose the dean might be a little senile by now. I've never specified his age, but he already had grey hair back when Katie was a full-time student in the '90s.

But to be fair... she hasn't done anything naughty at the college... yet. She may have been just a little bit tease-y, telling him about her birthday spankings earlier in the month. And she gave him a bit of the bounce and jiggle when she turned to walk away... but so far, he doesn't have an excuse he can use to spank her... YET.

O.K., we've got a good set-up here. Certainly neither the dean nor CSR readers are about to argue with Katie over her admission that she's "Not too old for a spanking" . I agree with Willjohn that the dean missed an opportunity, although Katie might have objected to any attempt to give her a belated birthday spanking, but I'm sure he'll come up with something. He can always rely on the assistance of that well-known educational consultant, HugoB00m .

Well... The reason he didn't give her a late birthday spanking was that it would've been almost a full month too late. But, don't worry. He'll find some other reason to spank her before the end of the school year! But before that... I think one of the professors is going to find a reason...

Yes, there are other chances. I have one ready that I'm planning to post on Sunday. And I've got something planned for Halloween this year too.
