I've seen some videos with spankers that insist that the spankees keep their legs still. I like it better when the spankee kicks. That's why Katie always kicks when she's over someone's knee. Hi, WillJohn. Sorry I misread you earlier. I hadn't thought of it, but maybe they were in cahoots. Or... the other possibility is that Officer Yank was walking his beat in the park when Katie came along, and Mr. Argyle saw her on one of S.P.A.N.K.'s many surveillance cameras that are hidden around town.

Either way, it was awfully convenient that Mr. Argyle just happened to show up just as Officer Yank was finishing up with giving Katie a spanking!

Convenient for Argyle, not so convenient for Katie, who still had Bullmoose and Granny's hairbrush to deal with.
