I think that, if it was something of Bullmoose's instigation, he would've given himself a reason to spank Katie. (Not that there's ever any shortage of reasons. )

If it comes to that a "blue moon" is a second full moon in one calendar month, which is uncommon but not rare. A "Lunar Month" is roughly 4 weeks.

In Australia what Americans call mooning is known as "dropping a brown-eye." I will leave you to find out what the Maoris call it and how it is pronounced.

Some people in the U.S. refer to anal sex as "brown eye". Ugh! Not very flattering to anyone whose actual eyes are that color!

The Maori people of New Zealand call it "whakapohane." It is a traditional insult. To get some idea how it is pronounced you must know that in the Maori language "wh" is pronounced like "f" in English.

For those of you outside the U.S., I'll explain that the mens' shirts represent their political views. Whenever an election is held, news stations show a map of the country with the states colored either red or blue, to indicate whether they're voting Republican or Democrat.
