Since I referred in this story to Katie being fired from her Police Department job, I posted THAT story on its own thread. It was Katie's first day out of the Police Accademy. She was working as a meter maid, and she wrote the mayor a parking ticket. I looked for it and realized that it had never been posted on the Chicago Spanking Review forum.

Here's a close-up of Katie turned over Haigh's knee. It's an alternate version of panel 6.

in panel 2 Katie seems a bit irritated by having been awakened at such an early hour but i have to admit that even in her sleepy state, she looks really cute in her green nighty . in panel 3 i love it that Katie's hands automatically go to cover her bottom when she sees Haigh at the door . instinctive " fight or cover up" reaction............very evolutionary . i see Katie has figured out that he only shows up when he's planning on spanking her ...............not that all that talking and reasoning will help any . i see it took him a bit to come up with a reason to spank Katie but he does come up with a plausible reason...........you'd think he would have come better prepared . nice pic of Katie's round bottom warming up as he spanks her in panel 6 great position over all and i like it that Katie is kicking as he spanks her and her bottom reddens . Katie does seem suspicious of his "reason" for spanking her though...........perhaps a function of the sting in her bottom . thanks for the alternate version of panel 6. i like the added detail possible such as the tears welling up in her eyes ...........as well as the close up of her cute bottom. Katie looks really cute, rubbing her bottom even if she is pissed off and accusing you of BS in panel 7 .panel 8................WHO IS IT NOW!. i can see how she might feel that way . in panel 10 Katie looks very appealing as she walks back into the house, bottom bouncing and grinning at her good fortune .............and then her hands rubbing her bottom some more as she ponders the "lucky' spanking...............she seems pretty skeptical of how lucky it is but from the way she's rubbing, she is definitely a believer in how much it made her bottom sting . nice skip step as officer Yank pats her bottom in panel13................and you and i both know that's exactly what Yank would do . Katie seems to be in the process of becoming a believer in the "lucky" spanking . panel 15 has a nice view of Katie and her apprehension as Yank leads her off for another spanking . Katie looks really fetching in panel 16 while she's kicking and squalling as Yank reddens her bottom even more. i can see that Yank is a gentleman since he politely removed his hat indoors . i can't say that i like the robe..........especially after seeing Katie in the night gown but i can see it plays a part in the story. in panel 18 it seems like it might actually be holding in some of that heat radiating from Katie's bottom . panel 19............now Katie is thinking if some is good, more must be better . in panel 20 Katie seems to be a bit confused although probably flattered by Haigh's characterization of her bottom as cute and little . i love Katie's surprised reaction in panel 21 as she realizes only one good luck spanking is permitted per year . she seems a bit pissed off as her throbbing hiney peeks out from under the robe . Katie has caught Haigh, just what Bullmoose was hoping for...........but let's him go without considering the consequences . opening the robe to show Bullmoose her nighty was a good try but ended just as we knew it would . in panel 26 i love how Katie's REALLY kicking and squalling as he blisters her already sore bottom . Bullmoose looks positively happy and contented while spanking her bottom too . lovely view of the spanking on the bed. yeah, as you noted, panel 27 is a bit crowded . i've had that problem in some of my pics too. i like the views in panel 28 . Katie is always cute rubbing her freshly spanked bottom ...........and Bullmoose is thinking just what we all already knew. nice view of the application of cream to her bottom in panel 29..............not to mention that all this spanking seems to have gotten Katie all aroused . now it's Haigh's turn to be a gentleman in panel 30 . nice surprise twist as Haigh shows up with a pot o gold and i see Katie is taking a philosophical approach to her undeserved spanking in panel 34..............perhaps a result of recent activities ................and a great wish for all of us in panel 36 . from his hand placement, i'd say Bullmoose is thinking he might just make that wish come true for him and Katie again . great St. Paddy's day Katie . thanks for sharing with us. phil

Like Phil, I noticed that Katie's hands flew reflexively to her behind when Haigh showed up, which provided a good laugh. Haigh had some trouble coming up with an excuse to spank her, although he did eventually come up with a semi-plausible rationale, as good luck is indeed thought to be the original motivation for the birthday spanking. It did occur to me that had Haigh heard what Katie was muttering on her way to the front door, he could have spanked her for using profanity, but this was more humorous.

Katie's other three spankings were all fun, too - I especially liked the paddling, which served Katie right for being so greedy and expecting a second dose of good luck. Instead, she got a third bottom-warming ! And the adventure would not have been complete without Bullmoose spanking her too. The pot of gold was a final bit o' luck for Katie and Bullmoose - imagine Haigh having the discretion to wait around until they were in a condition to receive it! All in all, a very satisfying Katie adventure - thanks for doing this St. Patrick's Day special presentation, B00m!

Let's face it, our Katie likes to be spanked, otherwise she would not always get herself into these situations.

Hiya b00m... Sorry to be a bit late with a comment to your new OTKatie. I was out of town for two days and have only recently returned to catching up on the CSR forum.

In some ways, this latest OTKatie is better than any of the earlier ones. For one thing, I admire that you've managed to weave no fewer than FIVE (5!) spankings into this one story... plus an "encouraging" pat on the ass from Officer Yank. And I think your "alternate" version of one of the spankings may be the best picture you've ever drawn!

I notice one of Katie's spankings is not OTK (over the knee). That's the one where Katie, herself, asks Haigh the leprechaun to spank her with a wooden paddle as she bends over, hands down on a low stool. She thinks this paddling will bring her good luck. It sort of does, though we have to wait until the final panels to see that.

One of my most feverish daydreams is for a beautiful girl to ask for a spanking. It doesn't happen too often in real life, but I actually have been the lucky recipient of that kind of largesse... ONCE. So here, Katie's request to the leprechaun that he spank her, blew my mind. It's rare that we find any stories where the heroine gets spanked as often as Katie does. That being said, these OTKatie stories you bring us are like a gift from the gods.

Yeah! You'da thunk! Part of the reason he had so much trouble thinking if a reason to spank her is that when I first started drawing the strip, I still hadn't thought of a reason... and I just figured it might be comical to have him puzzling over his reason too. Or maybe, he stopped by just intending to visit... but when he realized that she was expecting to get spanked, he had to come up with something on short notice.

I like to draw Katie with her legs kicking. Someone described the motion as a vain attempt to "swim away" from the spanking! I think kicking calls attention to how pretty the spankee's legs are (Well... that is IF the spankee HAS pretty legs... and it is my intention to depict Katie as having pretty legs... in addition to a butt that no man can ignore!) And kicking seems to also be a reflexive reaction to the hot red sting that the spankee is feeling! {B.T.W. I didn't really like covering up Katie's nightie either, but I thought it was necessaary to the plot... and I guess it MIGHT retain some of the heat from her recent spankings... {Sunflower, What are your thoughts on that?}

Heh heh! I just noticed a little inconsistancy in my story... If she doesn't deliberately invite any of the spankings she gets, then WHY does she have a paddle in her house? ESPECIALLY a paddle with, "Spank Me, I'm Irish!" painted on it! I don't know why she would have something like that, but it turned out to be VERY useful!

Letting Haigh go was a big mistake, and thinking that she could distract Bullmoose by showing him her sexy little nightgown just compounded it! I remember seeing a cartoon by an artist called "C.C." It was part of a series called Avoiding Domestic Discipline. One segment of the series contained a warning to the ladies, that dressing up in a sexy outfit to and take the man's mind off of a spanking he's planning to give... is doomed to failure. It's one of those things that is sometimes unavoidable, or at least really difficult to avoid... that the angle you want is going to have something obstructing the audience's view. Panel 27, I suppose could almost be considered an "off-screen" spanking panel, but I wanted to circle around the bed, showing different angles, something that usually implies the passage of time. How long did this particular spanking last? I didn't figure out exactly how many minutes she spent turned over Bullmoose's knee on the bed, but, in my mind, this spanking lasted longer than any of the others.

With her "engagement" to Bullmoose... and maybe even the dating relationship they had before that, I'm trying to tow a very fine line. On the one hand, the whole premise of this strip revolves around the idea that Katie DOESN'T KNOW the REAL REASON that she gets so many spankings... but on the other hand... she's found herself becoming aroused... some of the time... when Bullmoose spanks her.

I'm glad you liked the concluding panel, including Haigh's (and my) St. Patrick's wish for everyone who reads my O.T. Katie strips... AND the placement of Bullmoose's hand. (I think he puts his hand there EVERY TIME he hugs her... and for good reason! )

At first, I had trouble thinking of a reason for Haigh to spank Katie, and so, I decided that HE was the one trying desperately to think of one.

I mostly did the paddling for you, since I usually prefer O.T.K. spankings, and, of course, the title Is, after all O.T. Katie! But this time, since she got multiple spankings within the context of a single story, AND since she was thinking at the time that "more is better", I decided to make one of her "punishments" a stand-up-and-bend-over PADDLING! I don't know why she had a "Spank Me, I'm Irish!" paddle so readily handy...

Katie story... and you may just be right... although my thinking was that, since I'm the one putting her into all those situations, it's because I enjoy seeing her turned over a man's knee. Most of the time, I prefer to draw O.T.K. spankings... hence the name of the strip... but I thought that, this time, a paddling would be appropriate, in the context of the story. And, besides that, I mostly did it as a favor to web-ed, who, as we know, is in favor of stand-up-and-bend-over PADDLINGS! Most of the time, the men in the O.T. Katie strip use their hands. And that's because, the main reason, the REAL REASON for wanting to spank Katie in the first place, is that they want to put their hands on her butt! There have been a couple of times when she got spanked with a hairbrush (her grandmother's antique hairbrush, which had previously been applied to granny's backside, back when she was young and pretty... and spankable!) There is a "lost' comic that I drew in 2001 that featured a ukelele being used for a spanking "instrument"! And, yes, there was the recent spy story in which Secret spy, Kate Tanda, was subjected to 1000 swats at maximum sting by the "Dan-O-Matic".

However, Katie hasn't had a cane or a belt used on her, and probably never will.

I guess I do as the spanking goes on and gets more stingy. I can remember one time when I couldn't even walk because my jeans were inside out and all tangled up. at first I am kind of calm and not responding much, but as we go along and my pleadings and apologies get me nowhere except spanked harder, I do move more. yep, you are right. after a spanking is over the cool air feels oh so good! covering up is something I do in a hurry (don't know why, I just do) and no matter what I wear it holds the heat and sting in. and rubs when I move and calls MORE attention to the state of my bottom.
