I went back to Episode 3 to see if Betty's protestations mirrored Linda's earlier. And sure enough, at the beginning of the spanking she got from her Daddy, Linda tried to tell him that, since she had already been spanked by the principal at school, she had been sufficiently punished for her little misdeed.
