Well... I don't want to reveal too much ahead of time. I'll just say Clorene needs a spanking, and she's probably going to get one.

On the other hand... Katie NEARLY ALWAYS gets spanked whether she deserves it or not.

I'll do a conclusion for this story next week.

After that... I've got some other stories I've been working on.

Ralph looks pretty determined. It would take something serious (or entertaining) to stop Clorene's next spanking.

What's about to happen isn't likley to STOP Clorene from getting her well-deerved spanking... just postpone it slightly.

Well, we've got some suspense this time! I certainly hope and expect someone is going to give Clorene that second spanking she certainly deserves for culpable negligence (if we want to get all technical about what she did wrong, morally and legally). I know we'll all be tuning in next week to see how "Fire" plays out - and burns some butts!

Of course, I agree with you that Clorene is guilty of culpable negligence, and needs to be punished. And, of course, her punihment won't involve a fine or jail time the way it might in real life! I don't know whether there is a law on the books about just standing by and letting authorities assume that someone else is guilty of a crime that you committed. In the "Katie-verse", there wil be a penalty for that... as well as starting the fire in the first place!

But what about the person who yelled, "Wait!" from out-of-frame? That person's identity will be revealed soon, as well as the reason for interrupting just as Clorene was being pulled into position for a second (and hopefully, much anticipated) spanking..

And... will the star of O.T. Katie get another spanking? Well... She doesn't really deserve one... or does she? That will be revealed in the concluding episode of "Fire".

I have no doubt there will be a fire in Clorene's drawers after her next episode.

Hope it someone with a hairbrush for the Fireman can use on Clorene`s bottom

Web Ed made a comment about the Northern Summer going quickly. In Sydney, it is the middle of Winter and there have been very few days when the maximum temperature has not been above room temperature.

n most of Norh America, we have had some extreme heat. For Clorene, it's about to get a lot hotter!
