Another Disney franchise is Lilo & Stitch, which from the original movie (2002) branched out into the usual sequels and video games. Since Lilo is a child and Stitch an alien, at first it would seem an unlikely springboard to lead to an adult spanking situation, but trust Bawdy Bard to find a way: Lilo's older sister Nani Pelekai is spanked by her boyfriend David Kawena as the alien Pleakley looks on. Some light bondage embellishes the scene as illustrated by Kevin Karstens.
In choosing the background colors for this series (we normally choose from only three colors but will mix up a new one if the situation demands it), we noticed that blue was working for each cartoon, even though they were very different. The reason blue works is that Karstens tends to complement "hot" colors (like red and orange) with cool ones such as blue and purple. It's funny that we had never really noticed that before, but we thought we'd point it out as being part of Karstens' style.
