Things are so crazy in the world right now I welcome a return to 1953 - a much better time than today. Also to be welcomed is the return of Dizzy Lizzy, who never seems to tire of going OTK. Of course, CSR readers never tire of seeing her going OTK .

So Lizzy has gotten through the dress (or undress, considering what she's wearing) rehearsal and is now going to be spanked by the Jolly Old Elf himself - I'd say this story is off to a very promising start!

"Dizzie" Lizzie is mostly inspired by I Love Lucy. The first Lizzy story I wrote was because I wanted to have a T.V. repairman. Modern T.V.s don't get repaired... they just get thrown away and replaced.

This year, I thought I'd do another Lizzie story... a little bit of Christmas fun.

Truth is most TV shows in that time were sponsored by cigarette manufacturers who specialised in shortening the lives of their viewers.

It would've been funny if there had been hairbrush ads that mentioned the hairbrush's OTHER popular use! Especially if the END-orsers were ladies who famously got spanked with haiirbrushes!

You're right. A lot of shows in those days were sponsored by tobacco companies. However, in my fantasy rendition of '50s television, the only "smolderng butt" won't be in Lizzie's ashtray!
