We're not sure who this spanker is modeled on - a caption informs us it's not the artist Biker Bloke himself - and it really doesn't matter (it may be his friend Yank). As for the spankee, it may be his original character Jenny (he has several "regular girls" he features in his art).
The OTK positioning is good, with the spankee's hips just a little far back, plenty of bending at the waist to get that fanny up, and her right arm being firmly restrained - she's not going anywhere, that's for sure!
