CSR Resident Artist Overbarrel did this one a while back. It doesn't need a whole lot of explanation - apparently our spanker learned from Santa how to use internet tracking cookies to keep track of his girlfriend's internet usage. She must have cruised some sites she wasn't supposed to, because he now finds it necessary to adminster a good sound spanking - and right in front of Santa, too!
Phil (Overbarrel) has an affinity for Christmas-themed spanking scenes. The high points here are the OTK positioning, nice bare bottom, willing spankee, and of course Santa Claus overseeing the whole thing!
