We're in the middle of a Paula Meadows series over in Doctor Cylon's Gallery, but since he provided us with this drawing without colorizing it we chose to present it here in the Art Gallery with her other unmodified works. As we have mentioned elsewhere, Paula often increases the humiliation inherent in spanking by having the spankee receive her punishment in public. Such is the case here, where an appreciative audience (of both men and women!) watches as the spankee gets taken OTK. The viewing angle here at first looks very unusual, but in reality it's only a little behind the spanker and mostly to his side; the spanker himself is oriented strangely at an angle to the rows of spectators which allows the audience to be shown clearly. Fine work by Paula!
We don't know the precise publication details for this one, but it may very well have appeared in Februs magazine which Paula edited during the 1990s as an illustration for an accompanying story.
