We've mentioned again recently that some holidays like Thanksgiving Day and New Year's Day inspire less spanking art than others like Christmas and Halloween. We had just about given up on finding anything for New Years 2017 when we stumbled across something very similar to the German postcard we posted three years ago (see Prosit Neujahr #1). This one came from The Spanking Blog and looks like it might also have come from a postcard.
It's difficult to make out the German, so we'll just note that we find the bondage elements unusual for a cartoon that looks like it came from the 1920's or 30's. Overall, it's hard to imagine this one was intended to be as humorous as the one from three years ago, and yet it does say "Happy New Year!" - so much for German satire.
