We don't know who drew this OTK spanking. The style is a little like that of "Anton", but he isn't known for historical pieces and because it's unsigned we don't know for sure. It appears to be set in the olden days, judging by the lamp on the table and the room's furnishings. The spankee seems contented enough, while the spanker has things "well in hand". A riding crop waits on the table in front of them should it be needed. Overall, a nice job.
