One of the old Humorama gags that used to turn up from time to time was a leering male spanking an innocent-eyed female who expressed her puzzlement by saying something like, "But today isn't my birthday." Upon seeing "Strip 5" by Julius Zimmerman, Doctor Cylon decided to dust off the old gag and use it here. And you know - it still works! (Another modern-day cartoonist, Dan Rivera, has also used this theme).
Zimmerman doesn't exaggerate the anatomy as much here as he sometimes does, but he does provide as usual a shapely derriere, which for some reason always seems to make Doc Cylon think of spanking...!
