Smudge is an artist who sometimes draws spanking cartoons, always avoiding the physical flaw of short buttocks (not uncommon in real life). With the aid of suitably green coloring, Doctor Cylon transformed this one into something suitable for CSR's Super-Spanking Summer, as the spanker has now become She-Hulk (one of the worst names for a superheroine ever, by the way).
