Doctor Cylon has long been an admirer of Julius Zimmerman, who rarely drew any actual spankings (which of course tempted the good Doctor to add some), but he did sometimes depict scenes of bondage, as we see here. Doc Cylon added the coloring. With its dungeon setting and rather cold-looking restraints, this one's a little rough for our taste, but we can't deny that the willing "victim" is well-positioned for the application of the implements hanging on the wall.
