We've seen Patty's work in this gallery before (here and here). There is a rustic simplicity to her drawing, and we see that again this time in what appears to be an OTK setting. Possibly it's meant to be "aftercare" since there appear to be marks left by a cane that we don't think were added by Doctor Cylon when he did the coloring.
