Doctor Cylon colorizes yet another version of Jessica. His added word balloons explain why it is necessary that she be spanked: to bring out the red heart motif, and indeed her glowing bottom does resemble a red heart like the one on her stocking! The character's expression, pose, and shapely bottom were certainly ideal base material for the good Doctor; they would also have worked well for an animated paddle or ruler.
