We haven't seen the work of Gene Espy in a while, so let's take a look now at a drawing that Doctor Cylon informs us was called "Spotlight" before he colored it and renamed it "Batgirl Escaping the Spanker". We don't know if he meant that generically or if he was referring to the Marvel character The Spanker (last seen in last year's Spanker Paddles Blonde Phantom). Batgirl must have really wanted to avoid any further spanking to dive off a building, but although she's escaping (presumably she's going to deploy her Batrope shortly) she did not get away entirely unscathed.

Espy is a careful and subtle artist whose drawing the Good Doctor matches with a subdued palette for a very satisfying effect.
