We continue our Little Annie Fanny mini-series with the only entry in which the original art is not by Julius Zimmerman. The work here is by her regular (and only) art team, Will Elder and Harvey Kurtzman. Where exactly Doctor Cylon found this one we don't know; it could have come from any of the many Annie strips over the years, and it really doesn't matter which one.

What does matter is that something about this drawing - perhaps Annie's distressed expression and bare bottom - stirred the Good Doctor's imagination and he responded by retouching the scene to make it an after-spanking situation. The interior decoration in the second version is somewhat unusual - a brick wall together with a parquet floor - but we'd rather concentrate on Annie's fanny anyway.
