As we mentioned last time, independent artists who take
The Incredibles as their subject matter seem fixated upon Helen Parr's rear end, and
that is certainly the case here with our unknown artist (we can't make out his signature), who
drew that portion of her anatomy extra-large. Enter Doctor Cylon, and the result is
a foregone conclusion. He may have intended to suggest that a rather long paddle was used
as the greater marking on the right side is characteristic of the azimuth misalignment that
often results from paddles longer than about 15". (See the article How to Paddle
