Wonder Woman seems to think that Superman has been using his X-ray vision to mentally undress her - and since she appears to be buck naked, she's probably right! Maybe he just wanted to check on how red her bottom still was after that spanking he gave her.

The artist is unknown, but gave us a nice, well-endowed WW, and Doctor Cylon did a finely-controlled coloring job that closely mimics what a paddle does when applied evenly across the behind - you get two lovely round red areas.
