We've seen characters from Japanese manga and anime on CSR before, but this is the first appearance of Sailor Moon, a rather silly concept that nonetheless features a spankable titular heroine. Despite its great popularity, we know very little about it because we don't much care for manga and anime unless there's some spanking going on, which in fact there sometimes is - thank goodness that Japanese culture still embraces bad girls getting taken OTK! Apparently, Sailor Moon and her buddies try to protect the solar system from a bunch of bad guys.

There's a large cast of characters (which to us means a large number of potential female spankees), and while we don't know of any actual spankings in either medium, the most obvious pairing would seem to be Sailor Moon herself spanked by her boyfriend, Tuxedo Mask. That is the pairing chosen by long-time contributor El Manto Negro (The Black Cloak). While we haven't seen much from him lately, he did this one back in 2006 when it escaped our notice - but not that of Doctor Cylon! Since we don't have the original, we're not sure what alterations he made, but it was probably to the coloring of Sailor Moon's moon!
