Tinker Bell isn't bending over into spanking position, but she does have a bare bottom which is half of the battle. Doctor Cylon seems to have taken care of the other half as that bottom is now nice and red. The artist is Simon in a work dating from 2007, although the Good Doctor may have embellished it some time later.

Simon has a little trouble with the anatomy of the buttocks here, perhaps because his composition has Tink with her lower body turned at an angle relative to what would be a side (profile) view and at the same time with her right knee somewhat forward of her left. However, he makes up for this by baring that critical region while at the same time giving her a very lovely face and a, shall we say, "receptive" expression? She looks like she's just fine with being spanked, and perhaps other things.
