Everyone here should remember artist Kevin Karstens from his many appearances in other CSR galleries, usually in concert with the spanking situations dreamed up by Bawdy Bard. (See e.g. Knute Spanks Crystal). This drawing of Tinker Bell seems to be of a different origin: either someone other than BB commissioned it, or Karstens did it on his own. It might be called educational in the sense that it demonstrates there isn't much difference between touching toes and holding ankels - either way, the spankee is bending over all the way and providing an ideal target. This, of course, is an ideal setup for Doctor Cylon, who provided two different bottom colorizations.
