The second of Doctor Cylon's Tram Pararam cartoon collaborations gives us an animated Dennis the Menace. As we mentioned last time, T.P. is quite expert at drawing adult versions of well-known cartoon characters, and he provides some good material here for spanking purposes in the form of a tempting target. And as animated by Doc Cylon, Dennis lives up to his name and proves a menace indeed, at least to the unspanked bottom which does not remain unspanked for long. The redness lingers awhile, but blink and you could miss the "Ow!" added by Doc Cylon.
