This looks like another drawing from Paula Meadows (Lynn Paula Russell), although we can't pinpoint its original place of publication. We count five stripes, so let's assume we're missing one and the young lady received six of the best from the cane - no wonder she's rubbing her bottom! An excellent after-the-caning piece.
