We don't have any details on this one (we found it on Yahoo), but we believe it was taken from either a book or a magazine and that the year was 1953. The drawing is pretty good, as is the OTK positioning. Note that the spankee's right arm is being pinned behind her back, which is one of the standard techniques for dealing with recalcitrance on her part, making us wonder if the artist has more knowledge of spanking than the average person would.
