A Second O.T. Katie thread

The other thread was getting a bit long, and so, I'm starting a new one for this story. It's a remake of a story I did back in 2001, but I don't have the original in my files, and I've been thinking I could do a couple of things better now than I did them before.

In the older version of the story, I had a director who was based on C.B. DeMille, but , in retrospect, I thought he might be too outdated, so this time I have a completely made-up director... a young-looking guy

The name of the male superstar comes up in the discussion... He's sort of inspired by the recent popularity of Scottish actor, Gerard Butler, but you'll see when he shows up, that I drew my character to look a little more like Sir Sean Connery.

In the first few panels, I drew Katie with a different hairstyle, to suggest that this story is happening sometime between '94 and '01.

One of the things I wasn't satisfied with in the earlier story was the outfit Katie had to wear. It was supposed to be a sexy little negligee, but the way I drew the trim, it was hard to tell whether it was lace or ermine. I think the little green bustier works better! Your opinions on this point would be welcome.

And I decided not to spell the words to try to phonetically match a Scottish accent. It would've been too cumbersome for me to write, and too cumbersome to read also

I got that idea from a book about DeMille. There was a photo of him with Paulette Goddard over his knee, and the caption stated that he was showing Lynn Overman how he wanted him to spank her in a scene they were filming for Northwest Mounted Police. Yeah, right!

I could put in more of an explanation of the bad blood that exists between MacHottie and Lila, but I don't really think it's necessary, and the story is long already.

The first time he spanked her, I didn't have his hand raised up nearly as high, and I made the "SMACK!" sound effect smaller, with the colors faded. Let me ask, did that get the point across?
