This cover is, of course, not unfamiliar to CSR readers. I am always interested in the word 'papa' and its connection to spanking so I entered the Italian
'papa non picchiarmi' into the Goggle translator and it translated as '
Papa Don't Beat Me'. Good enough but nothing for me to pursue I supposed. Somehow[and by that I mean it was purely accidental
] I ended up running this Italian phrase through Bing Images and found, I think, the content of this particular magazine - although I can't be sure of that. The following images seems to be collected at exhentais.com., which seems to be an archive for a variety of graphic art risqué images. Apologizes if you've all seen this before. I've found over the years it almost never hurts to give material of interest a repeat posting for the benefit of those, who like me in this case, have never seen the pictures. I welcome any and all information you might have on this magazine and these drawings. I'm not going to translate every word here so if you can add to what's going on it would be appreciated. I'm only sharing the spanking related scenes but it seems to be a complete story with many panels not involved in spanking but spanking seems to be its reason for being.

"And then [bottom] does not suffer" An educated guess would be that he is telling her that if she behaved she wouldn't be spanked.
