You're right. But maybe, since this guy works so close to a time portal, he might be a little more accustomed to seeing odd things materialize in the area.

And I suppose the fact that he's holding a pretty redhead makes more of an impression on him than how she got there.

I just figured out a better reason to explain how he could be so nonchalant about Elaine vanishing into a time-warp and then re-materializing in his arms: He's a Temporal Anchor... living in his own time, but working for Mac, on guard for rogue time-cops... especially Elaine.

Her in-laws are in Australia. Bullmoose is her Dad. She would probably prefer Jack did it.

Kaylyn and Jack aren'f married yet, but they plan to be. The couple who will probably become her in-laws soon are living in Australia. I don't know when... or if... I'll introduce them into the "Katieverse".

At the moment, Jack has landed a role acting in an American movie. I'm going to avoid all the technicalities of our crazy immigration system and assume he met all the criteria to get, at least, a temporary visa to work on the movie. After that, I don't know whether he'll go back home and take Kaylyn with him, or if he'll find a career in American films, like Hugh Jackman has done.

Whatever happens, I plan on keeping Jack and Kaylyn together.



And maybe he'll find another excuse sometime to give his soon-to-be Mother-in-law another spanking.
