I have some other suggestions for story lines
1. Katie gets tricked into working at the local state fair not realizing that when any man wins any prize at the show he gets to put Katie over his knees as the prize.
2. Katie goes undercover as a student investigating fraud at her old college
3. Katie does some charity work selling secondhand hairbrushes door to door for the local school fund
4. Katie goes to the countryside and causes all sorts of catastrophises which leads to Katie being put over the knees of a lot of the villagers
I've got a little bit more of the ghost story, and then the conclusion of the ghost story to post. Then there's something I drew for Christmas, a snowball story for January, and a Romantic Spanking Month story for February.
So, I can't use your ideas immediately... but I'll be thinking about them. I especially like the idea about catastrophies in the country. Being a city girl, there's a lot of potential for Katie screwing up things on a farm. I don't have any specifics in mind yet... but I think it should be some kind of chain reaction, with one thing going wrong that causes something else to go wrong. If anyone here knows something about farming, let me know how Katie could bring about some rural disasters. Maybe it could begin with a guy driving a tractor who gets distracted watching her walk by and runs horribly off-course.

Regarding Xmas - What about the twelve spankers of christmas, for the twelve days leading up to the festive period - I am sure there are enough characters around to make it a warm festive period for Katie!
At the risk of sounding pedantic the "Twelve days of Christmas" refers to the period between Christmas and Epiphany, when the legend says is when the Magi got to the stable.

I just recently learned that. Tradition gave the wise men, a.k.a. the Magi, twelve days to get from Persia to Judea, Some Biblical scholars say it might have taken them longer. The Gospel of Sr. Matthew talks about them visiting a child in a house, not a baby in a stable. International travel in those days was slow.
Scriptural interpretation aside... it might make an interesting story, having the twelve days of Christmas represented by spankings for Katie. On the first day, it would be just one spanking. She might think she's getting off easy. But on the second day she'd get twice as many swats from another spanker AND a repetition of the spanking she got the previous day. Whew! Day twelve would be REALLY rough! Seventy-eight times as many swats as she got the first day! OW!

Those are some great ideas. I think the only change that might be needed would be to have each thing to cause the next thing. For instance, instead of Katie leaving a gate open, the distracted farmer might drive his tractor through the fence, letting some animals loose. One small act of negligence could cause a lot of damage... and Katie would get the blame, not the negligent farmer.

Well... actually the next spanking Katie gets is likely to be delivered by a spectral hand. And after that, I think Bullmoose is going to have a score to settle with her.
After being used for Clorene and Karen's punishment, the machine is probably due for some routine maintenance.

I plan to do that, But this week there's only one spanker and no audience. Most of the time Katie doesn't do anything naughty enough to make a lot of people angry at the same time. Usually, the only cues Katie gets are co-workers wanting to give her birthday spankings.
Your idea for a farm disaster seems the most likely to produce a cue of spankers intent on punishing Katie.
My idea for this one came from a Robert Heinlein concept that, in multiple universes, one universe's fiction could be another universe's reality.
The spanker in this story came from another resident artist's "universe", but he existed in the "Katieverse" for a short time. Then, he was missing-presumed dead. A memorial marker was erected by the people of Katie's home town, to keep his memory alive.
The community's memory, and Katie's sorceress ancestry, allowed his spirit to materialize enough to be able to put Katie over his knee and apply a solid hand to her backside.
Have you thought about all the past spankers in Katie's life organizing a reunion party. We could call it ''The friends of Katie benevolent society'' for all past and present spankers proceeds to spankers anonymous
