i see in panel 1204 that Katie is back to her go to response..............hands on bottom, when she smells another spanking coming . i also liked your comment, "And yes! She WAS trying to avoid him!"....................LOL. funny, but Katie seems to break out in a sweat a bit when a man takes her by the hand and starts leading her along...............even if he says he isn't here to spank her. perhaps it's just a habit funny too that even though she's developed this instinct due to past experience, she still asks if he's going to hit her too in panel 1207. you'd think she'd know better..............well, actually i wouldn't think that about Katie . i like both drawings in panel 1208. in the first one Katie's already gritting her teeth as she feels his hand on her bottom, guiding her over his lap and in the second, it's a very appealing view of her bottom as he rubs it . i have to tell you though, i have my reservations about his motives here. web-ed mentioned that" At least MacHottie rubbed her bottom a little first to relieve the soreness somewhat," but i am suspicious that there may have been other motives at work here . i can't wait to find out what's so surprising to MacHottie and Katie in the last panel. whatever it was, it was sufficiently surprising to cause spankus interuptus . funny but Katie doesn't look relieved that he has stopped spanking . thanks for sharing with us. phil

So it's the return of Scottie MacHottie! Well, that's reasonable, b00m, since the character was already part of the story there's no reason why he shouldn't come back and spank Katie - again. I guess he wasn't too pleased about the theft of The Black Bird. I almost feel sorry for Katie, but there's no way she can avoid getting spanked again. At least MacHottie rubbed her bottom a little first to relieve the soreness somewhat, something many women appreciate depending of course on the type of spanking session.

I figured that the first spanking he gave her was just for breaking into his house... when he thought her attempt to steal the bird would fail... before his guard let Agent Burns hold his gun! Now he has to spank her again for actually getting away with the Black Bird. Of course, Argyle and Burns, being men, get punched.

There's a little bit of dialog that might not get noticed... but he's going to report that his replica of the Black Bird was stolen and he has the security footage of Delores breaking into his house. So now, Delores gets the blame for stealing the Black Bird, like Argyle wanted, and MacHottie doesn't have to admit that he had a world-famous stolen object in his possession!

In the first Scottie MacHottie story, he rubbed lotion on Katie's tender backside between spankings. And now, even though he doesn't have any lotion with him, he still gives her a little rub. He's such a gentleman!

She seems to have a premonition about that kind of thing! I think her diary must look like the one I saw in a Little Lulu cartoon ages ago. She writes a couple of lines by hand... and the gets out the stamp that says "I got a SPANKING!"

Yeah. He was there to confront Mr. Argyle, but he just happened to run into Katie on her way home. He would've missed her if she hadn't been delayed by those two unemployed security guards... and Lila with her bodyguard... and the cop! An unexpected bonus!

Maybe she doesn't realize that, to a man of his generation, a physical confrontation with a man results in a punch... maybe even a fist fight... but a real man would never punch a lady!

Yes indeed, the guys are lining up once again, just as they did in an older OTKatie story, the one that documents Katie's (several) birthday spankings. That one had a lot of erotic appeal, and it's great to see that you've found a way to use it again, though with a different approach.

Here, Katie seems to be oblivious of the magical appeal of over-the-knee spankings to the men in her life. And in another OTKatie strip called "Katie's First Spanking," her friend Tommy has her over his knee and he says something about how much he is going to enjoy this, and says "Mmm!" To which Katie, from her horizontal position, replies: "Did you just say 'Mmm!?'"

In your toon titled "A fourth O.T. Katie thread," Clorene's boyfriend Steve has Katie turned over his lap for a spanking and he apparently signals his thoughts a bit too clearly and Clorene tells him: "And try not to DROOL so much! She's not that great!" And we see Steve's thoughts as he thinks, "Oh yes, she IS!" But as for little Katie, lying across Steve's lap and listening to them, she wonders "DROOL? What in the world does she mean by THAT?"

As I said, Katie seems not to be aware of the erotic appeal of spankings. In her mind, she thinks all her spankings are punitive in nature. In the strip where Katie and Clorene both get spanked by Officer Yank, the two girls walk off together and Katie comments to Clorene that it seems to her that the cop really "enjoyed" spanking them. To which Clorene tartly replies: "Well DUH! What was your first clue? The enormous bulge in his pants?" And again, that comment seems to sail right over Katie's head.

I really enjoy this sort of naivete in Katie. It means that a guy could give a pretty girl any number of spankings but still never be labeled a "dirty old man." Yet, in a way that is exactly what we are.

in panel 1303 Katie looks very cute, as usual, while rubbing her freshly spanked bottom ...................Marie looks "enthusiastic" to say the least ............and both girls have nicely rounded bottoms too as always. Marie is like a lot of girls i have known. that is to say, once she sets her mind on something, especially getting the spanking she wants, she fully intends to make it happen and that's certainly true in this case. i like the way her bottom bounces around in panel 1304 . in panel 1305 she even gives us a wink to let us know how much she's enjoying the spanking and the dialog from Scottie. our onlookers have their own way of letting us know how much they're enjoying watching..............namely the wide eyed grins on their faces. they both look a bit like a hound dog looking in a butcher's window to me . Katie seems to have drawn a valid conclusion about Marie while she's trying to slip out. in panel 1307, Katie's apprehension at being called back proves that experience is a good teacher...............at least about some thing . of course, it's no secret why all of them want to give Katie a pat on the back or why they're all aiming so low............no secret to everyone but Katie that is . she still has that same surprised look after each pat . i have to wonder if she noticed any of those men who were going through the line more than once . i can't wait to see what happens next. thanks for sharing this with us. phil
