In this one instance, Katie deserved to NOT get a spanking. For one thing, she succeeded in her mission, in spite of the other two agents who had been sent with her. And, besides that, Argyle spanked her earlier in the day for not having her I.D. badge.

You're right. Katie didn't get spanked this time... but there are spankings in store for her in the near future.

Loved seeing the paddle used on Karen and Clorene getting a second OTK spanking! Interestingly, the two hackers look almost happy in the last panel - perhaps their guilty consciences have been assuaged by their condign punishment.

As for Katie not getting spanked this time around, I'm not too worried. We should have some confidence in Mr. Argyle, strict disciplinarian that he is, and total confidence in B00m's ability to dream up some new reason for Katie to be turned OTK once more.

I'm glad you liked that. The paddling was mostly for your entertainment. I know you like it when a naughty girl gets the paddle... and Karen was ESPECIALLY naughty.

As for their expressions... I guess they do look happy. Actually, they are grimacing... which can sometimes look like a smile.

i don't think either of them learned their lesson, so look for more spankings ahead!

I might add, that even though Halloween is over for the rest of us, Katie still has some of her Halloween story left. Part of that is because of a week that I lost, due to a broken computer... and I added another chapter to incorporate an idea that WillJohn suggested.
