I have to admit that I gave this a lot of thought before deciding to include Peggy's thoughts. i was concerned that some folks
might take offense at this but, in the end, It just seemed to me that all of the onlookers were probably fantasizing.....putting themselves in
Xandra's position.......even though they don't really want to be. They are watching because it gives them a vicarious thrill and they probably
all fantasize about having a dominant, masterful boyfriend and perhaps even being taken in hand. With all this going on as they watch Xandra

I think all of us spankers have always wondered that. It's just a natural thing for us to be curious about . I have been given several different ways they would react from actual spankees and I guess it depends on the individual girl but this is just how I figured it would go down in a situation like this one, especially since I have gotten comments and suggestions from a spankee friend who actually lived in a dorm a few years ago and she pretty much agrees me . Personally, I agree with your comments. I thought that Peggy's thoughts were exactly what she, and some of the other girls, might have been thinking in these circumstances. Girls this age would, no doubt, be preoccupied with relationships and sexual activity and all of them have probably experienced wet panties in various situations. I think this would be especially true where these girls are all living together, which increases the opportunity for them to discuss such things with other girls.

My concern about this was not about referring to the sexual arousal that would happen to both the spankee and the onlookers. It was more about the actual wording. Even though we all know there is a sexual component to a spanking, in the past, some viewers have expressed some discomfort if I refer to this in certain ways. It's like the difference between the words shit and crap. There is absolutely no difference in the denotation of these words, yet, because of the connotations, crap is acceptable while shit is less so. In my opinion, these distinctions are completely arbitrary and serve no useful purpose. I figure this is because some asshole has decided he/she doesn't like the word shit and it trying to force their viewpoint on the rest of us . Anyway, you get the idea.

As I mentioned, there is a sexual component to any spanking and we all know that but some people don't like it if I refer to it too overtly. In their minds, it's apparently OK to refer to it indirectly such as a girl saying, "I'm trembling" or "my knees are getting weak" or even "this is arousing". my concern here was my use of the word wet. This is a direct reference to a female bodily function associated with sexual arousal. I personally think any such concerns come right off the stable floor but I do try to consider the sensibilities of others as much as I can. In this case, after a good deal of thought, I decided that what Peggy is thinking is perfect for this situation and that any attempt to use euphemisms just wouldn't say what I wanted nearly as well. She does have wet panties and knows the other girls do to. She knows that Xandra is going to be wet too. There just isn't any way of conveying these thoughts that's nearly as effective, or more perfect for this situation, as what Peggy is thinking now. Being wet, or having wet panties, is going to be intensely embarrassing for most of these young women and no doubt there are times when they tease each other about it so I have little doubt that Peggy, and probably most of the other girls, would have thought about it in just these terms.
