The O.T. Katie 45th Birthday/20th Anniversary Spanking Extravaganza

What I was saying is Katie talked about getting a spanking if she brought the wrong brand of coffee reminds me of a old magazine ad from the 50`s that feature a woman getting a over the knee spanking from her husband for buying the wrong brand of coffee

Yeah. The old Chase & Sanborn ad was my inspiration. I loved the idea of a husband spanking his wife because she bought the wrong brand of coffee! I did a story a while back that I called "Coffee for Bullmoose", with Katie running out of Bullmoose's favorite "Tartan Blend" and brewing up a pot of some off-brand coffee. It tasted horrible. And of course he spanked her for it!

So then, for my current story, I used the same poster on the wall of the store, and I had Katie fill her shopping cart with "Tartan Blend" coffee... again! Katie will never pour another cup of coffee for Bullmoose that isn't "Tartan Blend". However... there are other things she can be spanked for.

Well, yeah... they should know. And I think Kaylyn at least suspects. However, the running joke that has spanned all of my O.T. Katie stories is that Katie has a bit of a blind spot about how attractive her backside really is. She just can't see herself the way the men see her. (Even though this symbol is supposed to represent a raspberry, I'm using it to stand for the guys drooling at the sight of Katie's rear end!)

Yeah! They used to put Doris Day and Rock Hudson together. Did she think he was a perfect gentleman, because he never made any sexual demands on her? I doubt that she was nearly as innocent as the characters she played... but she was sure convincing on screen!

Maintaining Katie's "innocence" is a precarious balance that probably wouldn't be possible in real-life. She's smart enough to build a cloning device and a time machine, but she can't figure out the real reason for all the guys around wanting to spank her every chance they get.

Not only that... but she's not a virgin. She has sex with Bullmoose on a regular basis... and a lot of the time, it's right after she's gotten spanked by him! But she just has a blind spot when it comes to WHY she gets spanked so much.

I still remember the great Tim Conway once describing Doris who was playing a widow with children as "Hollywood' only virgin widow and mother!"

Fine work once again, B00m! It was great comic construction to have Katie scheme to avoid a spanking - in this case by visiting her Australian son-in-law - only to miscalculate and get taken OTK once again! (And I'm sure Willjohn appreciates having an Australian character make an appearance in this story). Yes, this "structure" (as we might call it) in its general outline has appeared before, but so what? It's a structure that makes Katie work. I also laughed at the final panel, in which Katie and Kaylyn are both rubbing their sore rear-ends .

Well... she wasn't actually scheming. More like hoping. Her daughter was in town to celebrate Katie's birthday and bought her man along.

WillJohn informed me that birthday spankings are not traditional in Australia... however, Jack has spent some time in the U.S. now, and that time has been spent in the company of his callipygian lover, Kaylyn. I'm sure he has learned to appreciate our little American custom.

I'm sure Willjohn appreciates having an Australian character make an appearance in this story.

I'm not sure whether he does or not. Early on he suspected Jack of being gay, (since he was working as a waiter, biding his time until he could make a living as an actor. Apparently that's something gay guys do in Australia.) Of course, Jack is thoroughly straight, and has a love for American female butts... especially Kaylyn's and her mother's.

In one of my other storylines, Jack was summoned to L.A. to play the role of Dizzie Lizzie's husband and head writer in a biographical movie about the old-time sit-com star. During the auditions for the role of Lizzie, he had several opportunities to spank some prospective "Lizzies". I'm planning to do something with the shooting of the Dizzie Lizzie movie, with more spankings for the actress who was chosen to be "Hollywood's Most Spankable Redhead".

I also laughed at the final panel, in which Katie and Kaylyn are both rubbing their sore rear-ends.

I thought that was a good way to end this chapter. I'm glad you liked it.
