At least he didn't get shot. I suppose at some point, he'll get another government job. For now, he's out of the story.

You know, B00m, it's hard to go wrong when you begin your story with Katie bending over the files - that venerable gag! (And believe it or not, I have a few more of those "bending over the files" cartoons rattling around in the files that we'll get to eventually).

And Katie's hard work bending over certainly wasn't wasted - not only did she find some vital evidence, she also limbered up her hamstrings for a second episode of bending over, this time for the paddle ! In between we had a nice homage to the old I Spy episode There was a Little Girl, updated in a nod to modern technology by replacing the hand-written "Spank Her" with the message "Spank Marie!" on Burns' computer screen .

And of course I loved the afore-mentioned paddling - it was enough to make you want to forgive McGreedy, whatever his sins were. But he's out of the picture now, which leaves us wondering: where are we going next

You know, B00m, it's hard to go wrong when you begin your story with Katie bending over the files - that venerable gag! (And believe it or not, I have a few more of those "bending over the files" cartoons rattling around in the files that we'll get to eventually).

Of course, when there's important information in a file, and a pretty girl in a short skirt working in the office, the necessary file will be in a bottom drawer! I think that may be Benny Hill 101.

Yes. The old I Spy episode was part of my inspiration there. It's too bad that they did the spanking off-screen... but it was a fun story anyway.

And, of course, since I know practically nothing about the running of a real-life spy operation, all of my information comes from Bond films, and the various copies: Man from U.N.C.L.E., I Spy, Mission Impossible, Get Smart, and... we can't leave out The Secret Life of Henry Phyfe.

And of course I loved the afore-mentioned paddling - it was enough to make you want to forgive McGreedy, whatever his sins were. But he's out of the picture now, which leaves us wondering: where are we going next

When I first introduced McGreedy, he was a tax collector. He got fired when he confiscated a pot of Leprechaun gold that Haigh had given to Katie and it disappeared from the government vaults. Later he had another government job, trying to disprove Katie's claim that Global Warming was being made worse by the warming of her "globes". He got fired from that job too. The only compensation was that he got to spank Katie first.

McGreedy may be back someday. If he does, he'll probably get another government job... at a lower rank than his previous one. (Maybe one of those guys that walks around city parks with pointed sticks picking up trash?)

As for what's going to happen to Katie next: I've still got another installment in my Burns is Back story. After that, I've got a little presentation for Romantic Spanking Month,

You're right, While Katie was bent over, searching the files, it would've been a great opportunity for Burns to walk up behind her and give her an "encouraging" pat.

He was right, of course. So I did some extra panels to correct my oversight. In chronological order, they should be right after the first panel.

Katie didn't get a spanking in this episode, but she got three "butt-pats" from Burns.
