Seventh O.T. Katie thread

The audience here is very dependable, and also predictable - they can be counted on to demand more spankings! And good for them. A prime example is panel 2, where the miscreants Chlorene and Lila have been exposed (but not before Katie got another spanking) and the hue and cry go up: "Paddle 'em! Paddle 'em! Paddle 'em!"

Yeah! The audience in my story is a lot like the C.S.R. audience: wanting to see the naughty girls spanked for their misbehavior... but also wanting to see Katie spanked, even when she's completely innocent!

That led to what has to be my favorite panel here, at least visually, with Chlorene and Lila bending over chairs to receive the swats they fully deserve in panel 3. I like "let justice be done" spankings, which are not always easy to work into an O. T. Katie story where much of the humor revolves around Katie being the last one to know she's going to get a spanking - justified or not. Chlorene is very nicely positioned in her jungle-girl costume, and I especially like the moment-of-impact shot of Lila taking a good hard swat from Scottie - her expression says she really felt that one! One of the advantages of paddling is that you can give the spankee as much sting as she can handle, and these two will remember their paddlings for quite some time!

I included this paddling panel for you, since you prefer paddlings. I usually prefer the OTK spankings, and as a result, most of my male characters, such as Bullmoose and Mr. Kauf also prefer OTK. I knew you'd want to see someone get paddled, and in the context of this story, Lila and Clorene deserve a more severe punishment than Katie, (Who it turned out, didn't deserve ANY punishment for the "violation" of a non-existent rule!) If I had done some extra panels of Lila and Clorene getting paddled, I would've alternated poses, with one anticipating the paddle and one experiencing it. Maybe that would make a good animation, IF I ever have the time to make it!

Our story has a happy and satisfying ending with Katie getting spanked one more for our pleasure - a "high note" indeed! Well done, B00m!

No surprise Rule 18A was a fabrication & Kauf was too lazy ( or sly) to check to see if it existed.

It was in an old rulebook that had been used in a different city. Kauf must've forgotten (or pretended not to notice) that rule 18A had been omitted from the new rulebook. Oh well! It gave him an excuse to give Katie another spanking she didn't deserve, and then an opportunity to give the other two girls a spanking they did deserve!

When my wife and I got married, she sometimes wore panty girdles -- they help keep your stockings from falling down, she said -- but she hasn't worn them since the first year we were husband and wife.

Anyway, if those garments are worn like a suit of armor, to protect a girl from getting a good spanking, they should definitely be outlawed. Spankings are a game, and a game should have a level playing field.

Yes. What you refer to as a "panty girdle" is indeed the undergarment Katie tried to use to protect her tender derriere. I've never spanked a woman wearing a girdle, but I imagine the heavy rubberized fabric would offer some degree of protection to the wearer, which is why I decided that Katie might wear one for this episode.

Anyway, if those garments are worn like a suit of armor, to protect a girl from getting a good spanking, they should definitely be outlawed. Spankings are a game, and a game should have a level playing field.
