Yeah. I don't know how any of those agencies would justify it in terms of "national security", but I'm sure they'd be watching and re-watching... maybe even slowing it down and freeze-framing the best parts.

I'm glad you liked that. I was thinking that S.P.A.N.K.'s surveillance tech would justify hacking anything to do with Karen, since she had tried to hack S.P.A.N.K.'s system. (And, I believe he's a bit of a voyeur too!)
Yes. After all that time, the dean was able to deal out a bit of "cold justice" that didn't feel very cold on Karen's backside. He sent the video to Katie, who hasn't watched it yet.
