Kevin Karstens has appeared many times in the pages of CSR, most frequently as the collaborator of Bawdy Bard. BB didn't script this one but he was good enough to send it in. The commissioner's identity is unknown to either him or us.
Buzz Lightyear has been around since 1995, but since we're not too fond of animations obviously designed for marketing toys or of what the Walt Disney Company has become (we remember Walt Disney - that is, the man - and we don't think he'd approve, either) we never saw any of the Toy Story movies. (We're o.k. with astronaut Buzz Aldrin, whose name obviously inspired that of this character, in case anyone cares.) His spankee Mira Nova is a fellow Space Ranger and his second in command. She's also a royal princess, making her that much better a spankee. Indeed, this pairing is so natural it's strange that this is the only spanking scene between them we could locate.
Though not a spanko himself, Karstens is congenial with spanking subject matter and displays his
usual virtues here: good OTK positioning and sexy characters who are enjoying themselves immensely.
Mira's rear end is on fire but she's not complaining about it, and Buzz - well, he looks about the same
way we would in his place.
