I've got some more Tinker Bell stuff in the Doc Cylon folder, but we'll have to wait until fall to see it (assuming I remember that's what I wanted to do come September) because Super Spanking Summer begins next week, and I'd love to say some more about it but as usual I'm under the gun here and just don't have either the time or the energy.

As for The Public Paddlings Series, it really should be on hiatus too, but I have already coded the truly spectacular Coco and His Paddle #9 so I may not want to hold it back until September. We'll probably have it in a week or two.

At home in Sydney, I notice the weather getting colder as we approach the June Solstice. It is sunny today today following recent rain.

Yep, it's the beginning of winter down there, which lasts three days longer than ours does in the northern hemisphere because the eccentricity of the Earth's orbit means it's moving slower now than it does in January. It may seem unfair, but it's probably a very good thing since it may be that which is keeping the northern hemisphere glaciers at bay, at least if Milankovitch is correct - and he probably is. The last thing we need now is another ice age, although we're going to have another one as soon as the Earth's axis moves and Chicago gets the short summer while Sydney receives the longer one.

The 2024 edition of Super-Spanking Summer and a Batman Family Mini-Series begin:

I'm really on the ropes right now and the next few days are going to be sheer hell, so I thought I'd better do the updates now while I'm still semi-functional. I hope to be able to get next week's updates posted by 06/14 at the latest, but if I don't please check back the following week as I should be in a little better shape by then.

I'm not up to saying much else, but fortunately this week's updates don't need much in the way of explanations: we've seen Batgirl's bare bottom before (really, everyone has seen Batgirl's bare bottom before ) and we'll probably see it again, but the artist Orion did a nice one for us and of course Doctor Cylon did the rest.

There's probably no more natural spanking pair than Batman/Catwoman - she's had it coming to her since her first appearance in 1940 (if memory serves) and she only got spanked in the comics once, and that was off-panel by Alfred the Butler (Batman #22 - I posted it somewhere in CSR years ago but I don't remember where right now). This is spanking #8 with #9 to come next week.

From memory, Alfred dressed as Batman to do the deed. I think Catwoman had infiltrated Bruce Wayne's house staff.

Super-Spanking Summer continues:

• Doctor Cylon brings us Talia's Ass.
  This is part of the ongoing Batman Family Mini-Series although it's a little obscure as Talia goes a long way back (to 1971) in the Batman comics. On the other hand, these old characters seem to go on forever so Talia is probably still appearing in Batman today for all I know. The drawing has more of a porno flavor than I would prefer - Doc found it on a porno site - but he did such a nice job with those twin areas of red I had to post it.
• The Catwoman Mini-Mini-Series continues with Batman Spanks Catwoman #9. Batman remains the most natural spanker for Catwoman, but although I've got one more of this pair in the files we're going to give him a rest for a while and see her get the paddle on her bare behind next week from an original character not found in the comics, and then in two weeks she'll be spanked by a most surprising character who was indeed part of the "Batman Family".

O.K., I'm here after catching less than five hours' sleep, but just barely. This is another extremely rough patch for me - I wish I could remember the last smooth patch - but I do have next week's updates coded somehow so I imagine they'll be posted on time. Again, if I miss a week I should be back the next, but the mailbox is probably going to continue to be neglected even though I'll try to find a few minutes for it as soon as I can.

Yes, Julie Newmar was a wonderful Catwoman but alas she was never spanked on the Batman TV show. By the way, I found out not long ago that when she was being fitted for that memorable cat suit, it was she who insisted that the wardrobe department tighten up the fit, even though one of the wardrobe girls whispered to her that if they did that, her panty lines might be visible through it ! But Julie's instincts were correct as always, and she worked hard on perfecting the role.

I believe she's the last of the Special Guest Villains still alive after nearly 60 years, but then of course veterans like Cesar Romero (Joker), David Wayne (Mad Hatter), and Vincent Price (Egghead) were middle-aged even then. She is a wonderful talent, and I have mentioned her several times here on CSR. (For some pictures of Julie, see Humorama Spanking Positions #2, in which I briefly discuss her career, and Route 66 Spanking, in which I digressed far from the spanking episode to launch into a general criticism of the series and managed to drag Julie into it since she had appeared in an earlier episode from 1962).

Fans of Julius Zimmerman will be glad to hear that I have yet more of Zimmerman, mostly in the Doctor Cylon master folder but I think I may have one or two elsewhere as well, and we'll see most of them if we all live long enough. His work does present some legal and editorial problems that we've discussed before, but I will try to get as much of the spanking-relevant portion of it out there as I can. Power Girl is well-positioned by Zimmerman here, but those boobs are really too much!

Catwoman gets a bare-bottomed paddling this week and I've got one more spanking for her next week, delivered by none other than Bat-Mite, before we move on to Wonder Woman in two weeks.

Things are still very difficult here at CSR headquarters, but I still expect to be here in weeks to come. I hope B00m is o.k. - I'm pretty sure he knew where he was going with his latest O. T. Katie story, so perhaps he's simply been unable to work on it. I will try to get to the mailbox, but you know how that goes .
