This time we have what appears to be another disciplinary caning, although at least it lacks the ugly judicial overtones we saw last time. It's impossible to know exactly what's going on here, but even though it's better than a judicial scene it's still not exactly our cup of tea. Like the previous entry in this series it lacks the "ACES" moniker, and because it's signed "G. Fort" we believe it's John Buscema (the "ACES Artist") and that it first appeared in some Nu-West publication.
