This one is a bit more interesting than the previous three entries in our "ACES" series because it's M/F. It's also OTK (and with good positioning). Like those entries it lacks the "ACES" moniker and we believe it was drawn by John Buscema (the "ACES Artist"), and that it first appeared in some Nu-West publication. Given the low resolution of the scan, however, it's impossible to be certain that this identification is correct. Having the other two miscreants standing around nervously awaiting their turn to receive the sandal (a common item at the beach) is another plus.
We'd guess that the story is three women swimming naked where one or both of these things (probably the nudity) is
prohibited and that the spanker is a lifeguard (note the traditional A-shirt and probable swimming trunks). We have
no idea where we found it, but lifeguard/naughty swimmer spankings are always o.k. with us!
