"Butcher Spanked" is the musical identity of a young person from western Australia. We do, however, know how to characterize this drawing, which we offer in both animated and non-animated versions: cute and fun! It's great to see that young people are still into spanking, and if a paddle is used (do they use paddles much in Australia?), so much the better!
