To transform the original drawings of other artists into spanking-themed ones, Doctor Cylon often depicts a post-spanking scene by adding coloring (especially a red bottom!), captions, and thought-balloons. In this second of our current series of three Wonder Woman spankings, WW is generously given permission to pull up her panties after receiving a spanking that leaves her thinking "Oooohh! That hurts!" Yes, we know WW, but it has to hurt if it's going to do you any good. Wonder who the spanker was. The original artist is not known to us (signed "TwiGh"), although we have seen an earlier version with a plain background, also by Doc Cylon.
