For the third and fourth of our four black and white Supergirl drawings,
we have a real treat, with none other than Superman himself administering the spanking. Who
better than the big guy to do the honors? First among super-heroes, he's also Supergirl's
cousin, and the one man on earth who can spank her without hurting his hand more than her butt!
Robb Phipps once again shows us Supergirl's skirt being raised for the occasion, which seems to be
his trademark - and a very charming touch at that. Nice OTK positioning, and we also like the
"Uh oh - I'm in trouble now!" expression on Supergirl's face as the Man of Might does his duty to
see that his younger cousin is brought up properly.
