We conclude our mini-series of contributions from Alan with a example from the online comic 2000AD. Despite the title, the story we're interested in, "The Return of the Gentleman Thief," dates from 2002. (This title is still running, by the way, published online by Rebellion, a multi-media company).
The story is very strange, involving a weird religious sect that apparently believes in flagellation, and a character named Nikolai Dante who becomes our spanker. Our spankee is a sort of nun wearing spandex shorts that get burned off, whereupon Nikolai adds some more heat to her seat by spanking her. Alan sent me more panels than I'm presenting here in a condensed version for copyright reasons, but I think the essentials come through plainly enough.

The OTK positioning is fairly good as Nikolai puts out the literal flames on the seat of her shorts by igniting some new, figurative ones with a vigorous spanking! Like we said, weird but it's good to see spanking alive and well in modern, online comics!
