We discussed Cliff Sterrett's style and contribution to the medium in Polly and Her Pals Spanking #1. With this, the third spanking in the strip, we can see that his "spanking style" doesn't vary much - the humorous humiliation of the spankee is the goal, and since the character who most deserves a comeuppance is Carrie, she's onece again the spankee.
